Description

Mastering knife skills will significantly enhance your enjoyment of cooking and food preparation. This comprehensive class covers all essential knife techniques, from proper grip and handling to basic cuts like chopping, dicing, and slicing, as well as advanced professional cuts such as chiffonade and julienne. Additionally, you will learn best practices for knife maintenance, including proper sharpening techniques and safe storage procedures. As a bonus, all the fresh ingredients we prepare during class will be combined into a delicious meal that everyone enjoys together at the end of the session.

Note: Please wear comfortable, practical clothing and closed-toe shoes to class. Aprons and recipe cards will be provided for your use.

Refund Policy

  • You may cancel your registration for a class up to 3 business days in advance of the class start time and receive a refund less 5% cancellation fee or transfer to another class of equal value.
  • To cancel a registration, contact us at [email protected]
  • No refund or exchanges will be given on classes that are cancelled less than 3 business days prior to the class.

The school reserves the right to cancel any class that fails to attract requisite minimum enrollment or for chef illness. We will contact you by email or telephone and issue a refund or you may request to be transferred to another class of your choice (depending on availability).

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

    This was such a wonderful investment of time and money. It was a nice, intimate class (only 6 of us students) and the teacher was very informative, patient, and kind with us. I feel like I learned so much in only a span of two hours, and it improved my skills as a home cook so exponentially that I am now excited each time I get to cut or chop ingredients! :).
