When do I get a card?

You'll receive your American Heart Association PALS eCard immediately after completing the skills session, sent to the email address of your choice—no waiting!

What if I completed the PALS online part already?

Then you only need to sign up for the PALS Skills Only.

How can I complete my skills session without an instructor present?

You’ll be using an American Heart Association Live Feedback Manikin, which will guide you through the 6 required skills and provide real-time feedback. No need to bring any equipment—everything is provided on-site.

We've also created helpful videos and tips, so be sure to watch them beforehand!

Refund Policy

Classes cancelled more than 4 business days before their originally scheduled class date will receive a refund less 5% cancellation fee.
Classes cancelled less than 4 business days before their originally scheduled class date will not receive a refund.
No Refunds will be given for Online Courses.

All Students may reschedule their class up to 3 times before a rescheduling fee is collected. (Reschedule must be within 6 months of initial registration date)

All classes close 15 minutes after the start time. Unfortunately, late students will not be allowed to attend.

The school reserve the right to cancel a class due to lack of participation. In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
