Question from Jamie
Hello I have two weeks free in the beginning of the summer. Is this the type of class where I can sign up for multiple days in a row or a handful over two weeks? Or is it really intended to be one day and done. Thanks
Answer from Brenda L. CourseHorse StaffCourseHorse Staff
Hi Jamie! Chelsea Classical Studio would recommend students try a class, and then decide if it works for them. Some people just come for a day, others return regularly. Hope this helps!

Question from Esther P.
I have done many drawing and art classes and became relatively proficient, but over 8 years ago. Definitely not a beginner, but rusty. Is this class appropriate or will I be bored?
Answer from Toni M. Verified Student
This really is a guided life drawing session. You will not be bored if you want to just draw and have the teacher provide advice on how to approach different aspects of drawing the figure.
Answer from Brenda L. CourseHorse StaffCourseHorse Staff
Hi Esther! The class is full of people of all levels and the instructor works individually with each student, so we hope you would not be bored. You would have to attend a class to know for sure. Hope this helps!

Question from Janeth P.
Hello, my name is Janeth and I want to enroll in this class for beginners that you will have tomorrow morning, but my materials are Acrilyc, and my brushes are not specific ... I see that your work with oil paints, but I prefer acrylics, to begin with. My question is ... would this class apply to me? I do not speak much English, either; my English is basic. Please feel free to answer me with freedom of expression. Thank you.
Answer from Brenda L. CourseHorse StaffCourseHorse Staff
Hi Janeth! Chelsea Classical Studio does not do acrylic, only oil. If you want to come and draw, that is fine. Hope this helps!

Fundamentals of Drawing and Painting

I learnt a lot from the instructors and got to dive straight into life drawing. However, I would say this is not a class for complete beginners, so the title is misleading and I’d love to see a real fundamentals class which is more guided and structured.
