Each class will be project oriented and each student will leave with their many finished wearable projects which could include a clutch purse, messenger bag, chef apron & A-line skirt.

Supplies:

Ellen is a great teacher, very calm, always willing to answer questions. She even provides background on what you may or may not see on other sewing machines so you are prepared when you are going to do things on your own. There is material available to buy so you don't have to worry about getting your own material. The class doesn't have to be kept to a schedule, so you never feel like you are behind - she'll provide you with instructions at your own place and never rushes you. She plays music during the class which creates a great ambiance for sewing. Overall, it is a great beginner sewing class.
