What you'll learn in this weaving class:
Join us for Rigid Heddle Weaving, where you'll get up close and personal with the Rigid Heddle loom and all of the textile possibilities it provides.
In this workshop, you'll work on one of our studio looms and we'll walk you through the process of dressing the loom and weaving a very fresh wall-hanging. We'll cover all of the fundamentals of weaving with this tool, including basic weave structures and patterns, textural techniques, and necessary troubleshooting skills.
Light refreshments are always served along with a generous helping of laughter.
All tools and materials are provided, including yarn and the use of one of our looms. We believe that weaving is for everyone and we want to make this skill as accessible as possible, which is why we don't require you to purchase or have your own loom for this workshop. Should you fall in love with it, though (and we're pretty sure you will), we offer a day-of-workshop discount on our Schacht Rigid Heddle looms so that you can take one home with you and start your own weaving empire.

Refund Policy
Refunds are not issued after payment is submitted. All class fees are non-refundable, though you may send another person in your place with notice.
In the event of low enrollment, the school reserve the right to cancel a class at any time. If a class is canceled, enrolled students will be notified at least 48 hours prior to the start of class and will receive a full refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
