What you'll learn in this pastry class:

J’adore Paris! Do you? Join us as we travel to the streets of Paris and learn the techniques to make buttery hand-folded Croissants complete with layers of delicate flaky dough and beautiful picture-worthy Eclairs with a sinfully delicious pastry cream and chocolate ganache glaze. Take home a box of fresh Parisian pastries made entirely from scratch to impress even the toughest French critics! 

Grab an apron and invite a friend to join you on this culinary sweet treat adventure. Vegetarian. 

Our adult classes are designed to work together in teams of 4 to 5 per table to create our culinary masterpiece. If you're coming solo or with a plus one, get ready to meet some great new friends.

Refund Policy

Public Classes and Camps

All sales are final and non-refundable. There are no exceptions.

  • You can reschedule your booking up to 7 days prior to the start time of the class using online rebooking.
  • Rescheduling requests within 7 days of the class and no-show participants will not be accommodated.
  • New bookings made within 7 days of the class cannot be rescheduled.
  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your class, you may be denied entry and will not be offered a refund or rescheduling.

We will not be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances including schedule conflicts, illnesses, last-minute emergencies, and any other circumstances.

Waiver Policy: Guest participation is subject to the execution of our waiver. Guests under the age of 18 must have their waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian (no nannies/sitters, grandparents, carpooling parents, etc). Any guests without a signed waiver will not be able to participate and will not be offered a refund or rescheduling.

Online/Virtual Classes - we no longer offer public online classes.

Private Events

All sales are final and non-refundable. There are no exceptions. Event deposits apply to your date and time booked only; they are not transferable to a new date and/or time. If you’d like to change your event date and/or time, your initial deposit will be retained/forfeited and a new deposit will be required. Your balance due will be charged 6 days prior to your event based on your guaranteed guest count and selections. Reschedule and cancellation requests within 6 days of the event and no-shows will not be accommodated and the booking client will be financially responsible for the entire deposit and balance due. Taste Buds Kitchen will not be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances including schedule conflicts, illnesses, last-minute emergencies, and any other circumstance.

Payment Overview and Details:

  • Event deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable; if you'd like to change your date and/or time, a new deposit is required.
  • Modification to the selected menu, guest headcount, add-ons and favors are acceptable until 7 days prior to the start time of your event. After this time, your headcount is a guaranteed attendance and will not be reduced regardless of how many guests attend.
  • The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file 7 days prior to your event.
  • If your event falls on a Tuesday or Wednesday, the card on file will be charged the preceding Friday.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

    The studio space was beautiful and the setup made it very fun and easy to follow. The teacher was a great host and teacher. I cant wait to come back as well as try to make the croissants at home!

    My daughter and I really enjoyed the class and Sava the instructor was great. I did feel the groups were too large as we had to share the ingredients and tasks with 2 other people. I felt it could have been more hands on with our own dough and following the steps.

    I absolutely LOVED this class! Sava (instructor) said it was a smaller group than usual, so not sure if that made a difference. But I had a blast and will definitely sign up for more courses. I really appreciated the way every step & technique was explained because I never cook or bake, and I learned a lot. Would recommend this to anyone else, and am looking forward to taking my next one!

    Great class! The instructor, Sava, was engaging and fun, and kept things moving without feeling rushed. At first I was hesitant that we would be sharing materials/tasks among 4 people at the table, but it actually worked out quite well. Very enjoyable, and I was shocked how great our pastries turned out!

I see in a couple of reviews that ingredients and tasks are split among 4 people in a group. Is this a group effort or does each person get to complete the whole process start to finish?

HI there! Taste Buds Kitchen specialize in hands-on group cooking classes where each table will have about 4-5 participants cooking together. The students will cook for about 90 minutes or so and savor the dishes they've created the last 20-30 minutes family-style with their table. Hope this helps!
