What you'll learn in this pie class:
Though it may seem simple, mastering the perfect pie can be a challenge for even the most accomplished home cook. Here, we’ll show you how to recreate that ever elusive flaky crust in both sweet and savory preparations, just in time to wow the crowd at your Thanksgiving festivities.
MENU
- Pate brisee (classic pie crust)
- Pate sucree (sweet pie crust)
- Whiskey cinnamon apple pie
- Sage and rosemary butternut squash pie

Note:
- It is recommended that students wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes.
- We request that all students under 18 attend with a guardian or chaperone. Tickets must be purchased for everyone in attendance.
Refund Policy
All class sales are final. Students must cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled class to receive a Cook Space credit of the purchase value. If the student can’t make it, we will happily welcome their guest.

Pie Baking 101
Hi,
This class cost $90 per person and was way too much for the quality of the content. I have done a few of these classes now and this class was definitely the worst:
- Way too many people for the size of space. we were unable to cook without treading on everyone's toes.
- We did not make our own pastry or pie, instead we paired up and we made one pastry between the two of us and a pie between several of us.
- We did not make the filling, instead someone made the filling while we made the pastry, so you were unable to have a full experience.
- We were not able to take a pie home each.
- There were a few pies available but no boxes to take them home in.
Overall the experience was a waste of money.
