Refund Policy

When you register for a class, you agree to these terms:

  • You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund, up to 72 hours (3 days) before the date and time of the event. 
  • Cancellations between 25-72 hours before the event may be transferred to a different date/time of the same class. 
  • Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the class date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer.
  • Our classes are transferrable, so feel free to send a friend if you can’t make it!
  • In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

    For being the first class that I have attended at Brooklyn Kitchen, I think it went really well. The space is amazing, and signing up for the class could not have been easier. Bob, from McClure's, was very thorough and engaging - I left with a great sense of knowledge on how to ferment my own vegetables to make pickles! I plan on taking many more classes in the future.
