What you'll learn in this asian cooking class:
We're kicking off the Lunar New Year with a feast fit for the occasion! In this class we'll cook some traditional fare and you'll learn how to use Chinese spices and techniques to build create a meal that's equally festive as it is delicious.
Menu:
- Handmade Kimchi Dumplings
- Longetivy Noodles
- Prosperity salad (tossed sashimi and vegetables)
- Persimmon punch and mandarins
