What you'll learn in this chinese cooking class:
Get ready to bring the heat - NYC has fallen in love with szechuan spice in the past decade with restaurants like Birds of a Feather and Anthony Bourdain's favorite, Xi'an Famous Foods, taking the city by storm, and we're no exception. In this class you'll learn to recreate foreign favorites like Dan Dan noodles and spicy pork dumplings, so you can treat your friends, without the takeout boxes.
