In this class you will learn how to make and serve many of the drinks on a standard coffee menu. Latte art will be demonstrated and practiced on all drinks that would be served with latte art so you can begin to understand how milk consistency and latte art might be different for a cortado, cappuccino or a latte.
WARNING: If you try to drink every drink we make you will be bouncing off the walls so please! Pace yourselves!

We believe in learning through doing. Classes are very hands on and alive. You are welcome to bring pen and paper to take notes. Photos and videos for your own reference are also permitted. There are very few class materials, if any at all, that will be passed out. If you have any specific questions that you would like answered please feel free to write them down and bring them in!
You may get milk or coffee on you and/or your shoes, so please choose your clothing appropriately.
