What you'll learn in this wine tasting class:

In class, you learn the fundamentals of tasting and talking about wine that you can use every day not only with wine but with every meal you eat. We also make 1 bottle of wine per person which you can customize to your palette and you get to take home with you (a $60 value). Perfect for a date night or groups. You can come alone or bring your friends. Just don't bring your enemies.

The class is about 2-hours, in which you will hear some fun stories about the history of wine in Europe and North America, taste 2 rosés from different regions and nibble cheese fondue and chocolate fondue. We each make a bottle of rosé to take home with you to share with friends.

Here's what you'll get in each class:

  • Cheese fondue with 2 dipping options
  • Chocolate fondue with 2 dipping options
  • LOTS of rosé from 2 different vineyards
  • 1 home-made bottle of rosé to share with your friends

The idea for Wine Truth was born from owner Josh's venture as a decade-long high-end hotel concierge career making wine accessible to everyone. Making your own wine at home can be a very intimidating prospect, but Josh breaks down the fundamental skills to this fun and rewarding hobby. Impress your friends with your own tasty batch and customize it to fit your palette with berries, fruits, and smoky wood grains. Discover a passion that millions of people worldwide share that's tastier, healthier and cheaper than buying store-bought wines.

NOTE: The class needs to have a minimum of 4 students in order to run, otherwise, it will be canceled and students will be notified immediately.
