3 Day Color, Styling & Shopping Course

The Sterling Style Academy’s 3-Day Short Certification Course prepares you to become successful color consultants, fashion stylists, personal stylists and personal shoppers.

Our 3-Day Short Certification Course is designed to get you started in the personal styling and fashion styling industry as the basis for this type of career begins with color analysis and fashion style evaluation and implementation.  These are also the foundations to properly executing personal shopping consultations for yourself, friends, family, and prospective clients.  In addition to receiving our top-notch curriculum and training manuals, our 3-Day training certification program includes the Sterling Style Academy What Are My True Colors Booklet and Personal Shopping eShort Course (a $34.97 and $297 value). Upon successful completion of this program, you will be certified as a Color Consultant, Fashion Stylist and Personal Shopper. 

Course curriculum includes: 

• body shape and color analysis, 
• fashion style evaluation and implementation, 
• personal shopping strategies, and 
• business development training.  

In addition to receiving our top-notch curriculum and training manuals, our 5-Day training certification program includes the Sterling Style Academy What Are My True Colors Booklet, Personal Style Consulting eCourse, Personal Shopping eShort Course, and Personal Styling eCourse (usually sold separately to students at $34.97, $397, $297, and $247 respectively) to guarantee outstanding consultations and to give you the tools you need to build a thriving business.  Upon successful completion of this program, you will be certified as a Personal Stylist and Personal Shopper.

Our 3 Day Short Certification Course program will teach you the following:

Day 1: Color Analysis - Learn the theory behind color, how to evaluate individuals based on their personal coloring, and how to select the appropriate colors for an individual.

Day 2: Fashion Styling + Consulting – Learn the theory behind the different types of fashion styles, how to determine an individual’s fashion style, and how to select the appropriate clothing based on an individual’s fashion style.  Learn how to conduct a Color & Style Consultation - how to start the consultation, what to say and what to do during the consultation in order to position yourself as a color, fashion and style expert.

Day 3: Personal Shopping – Conduct a Color & Style Consultation.  Then learn the ins and outs of efficiently and effectively personal shopping for yourself and others with hands-on training in the stores and online.  Learn how to work with men and women; how to work with stores and salespeople from start to finish; and how to effectively shop for your clients online.
