What you'll learn in this self improvement class:
One Light Healing Touch (OLHT) is an international energy-healing “mystery school” that offers training in 33 techniques for healing self and others. Its methods are designed to boost health, vitality, intuition and spiritual connection. The school, founded by the well-known healer, Ron Lavin, MA, is tailored to those seeking personal growth as well as to healthcare professionals seeking to add to their repertoire of treatment modalities.
This evening, Penny Price Lavin, OLHT’s Associate Director and a longtime energy healing practitioner and instructor, author of The Healing Field: Exceptional Healing Practices to Change Your Life, will introduce us to some of the core principles and techniques of energy healing. She will explain how life-force energy flows and how to release old programming and stress and start to tap into our innate healing ability to become more grounded, focused, intuitive, peaceful, joyful and aware. She will also share six sacred movement/meditation/visualization practices for profound self-healing and inner peace, along with a few powerful breathwork and chanting techniques.

For Single Evening Events, Series, Half-Days and Mini-Workshops, Walking Tours, Single-Event Webinars or O’Cast™ Recordings, there are no refunds or course credits for these offerings.
For Full Workshops, Ongoing Courses and Webinars and Online Courses:
- Refunds are available minus a processing fee* if you cancel up to 11 business days prior to the first day of the program.
- Course credits are available, minus a processing fee* if you cancel up to 3 business days prior to the first day of the program.
*The processing fee for cancellation is $15 for programs costing less than $250, and $35 for programs costing $250 and up.
No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations less than 3 business days prior to the first day of a program, or if a student does not attend a program. The estimated refund processing time is two to three weeks.
