Meets 3 Times
The personal is universal - and we want to hear what you have to say in only the way you can share it. Everyone is a storyteller - be it onstage, on Zoom, or just in day-day life, and this class is about crystalizing the moments of joy, hilarity, and vulnerability that make you unique.
This class will focus on how to craft five-minute personal narratives through a wide array of “Moth-Style” prompts, and with weekly exercises on both the craft of storytelling and the art of performing it. The class will culminate in a polished, crafted performance piece, but students will also leave with the tools to shape more moments from their lives and the building blocks to create a one-person narrative show.
Class payments are non-refundable.
In the event you have to drop a class before it begins and give us at least 8 business days notice, we can credit your tuition toward a future class.
In the event a class fails to meet a minimum number of sign-ups (6 enrollments), students will be notified by email and given the option to transfer into another class, keep a class credit on the books, or offered a full refund - whichever is preferable to the student.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
