Take advantage of the combination of color and editorial within Baselight for Avid Media Composer.
This class was created with the experienced Avid editor in mind. If you are one, and are working in a fast-paced industry that demands better image quality, then this class is for you.
Television is known for fast turnarounds, and schedule and workflow often require that you edit and finish at the same time. You will upgrade from standard editorial color tools and learn Baselight for Avid.
With the Baselight for Avid plugin you have access to all of the professional, high-end Baselight color tools directly within the Avid platform, including color spaces and features optimized for multi-delivery such as HDR etc. For demanding productions requiring better image quality at faster turnaround times, this is the answer - especially since the plugin is completely in sync with the standalone Baselight grading system.
The class is led by Mike Nuget, New-York-based colorist/editor. Mike has been using Baselight for Avid successfully for years - you have probably seen him at NAB showing the all-new features. We are extremely pleased with the fact that we have managed to steal Mike away from his busy colorist schedule to teach this masterclass!
