The crowd was noisy and it was a bit hard to hear the chefs if you were sitting in the back
Food tasted excellent
The questions asked by the crowd were very basic and slowed down the chef
Overall recipes covered were good although could have been more sophisticated

The host of the class interrupted the chefs throughout the class and was distracting. Every time the chef was about to say something interesting he would interrupt and ask an unrelated question. He also kept jumping in front of the chef to take pictures
