Wasn't entirely helpful in the realm of volunteer management. I thought I would learn more skill, tips, and tricks on how to successfully mange volunteers. Instead, I learned a lot about Jane Lattes' career, while interesting, instead of actually how to effectively manage a volunteer program. Not worth the $75.
