For 12 years, Brett has been assisting companies with technology needs. From programming distributed systems, developing products, selling services, and recruiting teams it seems he has done almost every job in tech. Participating in early and growth stage startups Curb, Fullscreen, and AwesomenessTV (plus more companies you haven't heard of), he builds technology teams that are high functioning and upbeat. In this short course, he is excited to share the principles, frameworks, and methodologies he uses to build compelling product development organizations.
