Ease
We help to provide our customers with a means of attaining balance using different modalities that strengthen the human body, mind & spirit making them “whole”.
Our goal and desire in strengthening the “whole” person is to facilitate an overall sense of well being and fulfillment, and to improve overall quality of life using one or more of our various offerings.
Far too many people feel a sense of imbalance in their lives and by providing our unique fitness program and our other wellness services to even just a small portion of the community, we feel that the mental & physical strength that people will gain from it, will help them to have more balance and create a positive shift in their lives and the lives of those around them.
Our objective is for the community to recognize Human@Ease’s name for what it is a haven for strength and serenity. A place where we can all learn to “Love Ourselves”.

Students at Human@Ease have praised the Fit Body Bootcamp class for its challenging nature and value for money. Many students purchased the 10-session pack and found it to be a great motivator to keep attending the classes. The exercises in the class can be modified based on individual fitness levels and are easy to replicate at home, but having a trainer present to correct form and provide extra motivation is highly appreciated. The small class sizes also allow for plenty of individual attention. The instructor, George, is described as helpful and personable. In addition to the Fit Body Bootcamp class, the yoga classes at Human@Ease are also highly regarded. Students felt extremely comfortable in the private yoga class and enjoyed the overall vibe of the gym. Multiple students have become members and plan to attend classes regularly.
