Naturally lift and firm your face through the gentle yet highly effective practice of face yoga. Face yoga can help reduce stress, diminish lines and wrinkles, increase facial muscle tone, and improve blood flow to your face. Regular practice helps you minimize signs of aging.
Face yoga uses facial exercises to strengthen specific muscle groups to keep the skin plump and firm and facial massage to relax muscles to prevent further lines and wrinkles and encourage lymphatic circulation.
Discover strengthening and toning exercises along with gentle massage, acupressure, and relaxation techniques to improve circulation, remove toxins, and improve your overall skin appearance.

Classes are non-transferable. Any refund request must be made within 15 business days of the first class of a course. A 5% processing fee will be applied towards refund requests.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
