  • How to Become a Confident Communicator

I wasn't sure what to expect for a 3-hour course but it was a great refresh/introduction to communicating with confidence! The instructor, Dillan, was awesome–super fun, professional, inspiring, and full of information. There was lots of participation from the rest of the class and I would definitely recommend it to others looking to learn about the same topic. It would be awesome to see a more advanced or continuation class offered by Dillan as a follow-up to this one. Loved it!
  • Introduction to Embroidery: Flower Contemporary

I really enjoyed the small class size, the materials were well presented and Lucy was super informative!! She kept our attention by sharing her embroidery journey, showing us examples of various pieces, informing us of upcoming workshops all while demonstrating stitches. She was extremely attentive to where each of us was in regard to skill level and kept an eye on us as we practiced. I felt very comfortable asking questions, or even to repeat a few steps in the stitches.

We could design our own image in a variety of ways, most of them also accessible. And I even exposed my screen using the sun! I loved the ability for students to print their own gifts like cards, shirts, napkins, etc. I would definitely take this course again with a different project in mind.
  • Lovely afternoon spent with a bunch of plants. Kirsten's workshop approach worked great, as people brought their independent projects and even contributed plants. Kirsten steamed a ton of stuff. My pillowcase looks exquisite! I would definitely take this class again.
