Description

Let’s make hoodies together. This class is an intermediate level class where we focus on using a pattern and sewing with knit, stretchy materials!

During this course you will learn:

  • all of the necessary sewing terminology & equipment for stretch fabrics
  • how to read a commercial pattern for knit stretch garments
  • different types of stitches & seam finishes you can complete using a sewing machine.

PROJECTS: A completed hoodie UNISEX from commercial pattern

FABRIC AND SUPPLIES: The pattern for the hoodie will be provided. Students will need 3 yards of french terry, sweatshirt fleece, double jersey, 2 way stretch materials.

PREREQUISITE: The Sewing Machine Basics Workshop, Bootcamp or Sewing 101 course

Cancellation / Reschedule / Refund Policy:

  • You must give at least 3 business days notice to cancel or reschedule your enrollment in the Regular Classes
  • 24 hour cancellation policy for Private Classes
  • Once the class has started, we can no longer offer refunds
  • In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount
