Very hands on class with delicious food. Chef Paul is fantastic, experienced, and quite the character. A very lovely space to cook and eat in. Highly recommend.

This was a small, intimate class, with lots of attention to each individual. The dinner is broken up into several teams to complete the different recipes, but there is instruction of each is held to the audience of the entire group. The instructor was VERY knowledgeable. I highly recommend this class specifically because the food was delicious (especially the homemade ice cream).

Easy to follow instructions, laid back atmosphere, nice class size - and excellent, tasty results. Pretty much perfect for what I look for in a cooking class!

School: Miette

Miette means, "little crumb" in French. This name was chosen while giving cooking classes at the restaurant Tartine in the West Village. Since Tartine means "slice of bread" we thought it an appropriate name for the school!
