Your child will make their own Halloween costume or fun dress up accessories. We will have tons of templates, fabrics and trims for them to choose from. Our themes will be unicorn, fairy and animals costumes
We have a 4 to 1 student/teacher ratio, so your child will get the attention they need. We make it a 6 hour class so they can achieve a finished costume or costumes that they will be proud of! They have the option to use a sewing machine (with our instruction) or do a little hand sewing and glue.
This would be the perfect introduction to our new sewing, fashion and crafts studio in Park Slope, where we offer after school sewing classes and camp in the summer.
Our Halloween workshop is from 9am-3pm with a late bird option till 4pm.
They will learn how to cut fabric, sew (by hand and using a machine) & construct a wearable costume and accessories, but most of all they will have a blast!
During the 6 hours we will take a lunch and snack break. Snacks are included in the fee.
In the event a student must cancel a class registration, CourseHorse must be notified in writing via email at [email protected] for the student to be eligible for a refund of class fees.
Refunds are made in the form of the original payment.
Paid classes are redeemable only for the scheduled session(s) of the class for which you are registered and are not transferable.
Students who fail to show up for a class forfeit any right to a refund or exchange. There are no make-ups for missed classes. This policy is to ensure that the instructors are compensated for their time and other students waiting for spots in full classes are not missing class opportunities due to late cancellations or no shows.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
