This camp offers students a solid grasp of Python’s fundamentals, one of the most popular languages for computer programming and web development. Students will learn how to build a working social media platform using the Flask microframework.
Sample Projects:
Students are responsible for bringing their own laptops to class (Mac preferred, or a PC).
Build real-world skills in a collaborative environment
This summer, your child can create something amazing in just 1 short week. Plus, they’ll make new friends, gain valuable skills, and - most importantly - have a ton of coding fun!
Our summer camps are immersive bootcamps that offer innovative and age-appropriate instruction, all while students work closely with experts and peers. Give your child the opportunity to progress his or her coding skills rapidly - all without sacrificing the fun of summer!
We offer camps on the campus of The New York Code and Design Academy, conveniently located near the Fulton Street Station stop (Subway Lines: A, C, J, Z, 2, 3, 4, 5 and R). Healthy snacks will be provided!
Camps run from June to August, and we offer courses that range from visual programming to advanced web development.
