Hi Jennifer! Planning for growth is essential both for the survival of your business and for your own development. How does a brand grow? How can you manage your practice from the beginning to set it up for future growth that will develop organically?
Answer from Georgia C. CourseHorse StaffCourseHorse Staff
Several scenarios will be discussed and will cover partnerships, the scale of projects and/or business as well as the development of different revenue streams. Question from Anonymous
Will this "Strategies in Managing Your Design Practice" course discuss the thorough process of managing a high-end, luxury interior design project from concept to completion? In short, will the students be given the steps, plus templates needed for efficiently managing projects, from responding to inquiries, to signing the contract with clients and starting the design process, managing projects, installation and final handover?
Answer from Kristle C. CourseHorse StaffCourseHorse Staff
Hi there! No. These are not covered in the class. This class is about Managing the office, the business, the studio. How to set a fee structure correctly and how to handle the management of the business itself, not the project. Thanks!
