What is unique about DevOps Culture (with Lego and Chocolate) simulation?
DevOps Culture simulation makes a very technical DevOps topic accessible to all.
Through a gamified hands-on immersion participants become a part of a "large enterprise", learn how DevOps Culture can help them eliminate silos and accelerate software delivery.
They see the impact of building T-shaped skills and implementing "shift-left" on security. They simulate CI/CD pipeline, perform environments provisioning and security scans, all without writing a single line of code.
By the end of the simulation they are able to improve the end-to-end value delivery, avoid typical DevOps anti-patterns and gain insights that can be immediately applied in their organisation.
Benefits of DevOps Culture (with Lego and Chocolate) simulation for the participants: Experience cultural transformation from traditional to DevOps organization via a gamified simulation. Get a solid understanding of benefits and impact of DevOps culture for the entire organization (development, operations, security and business stakeholders alike). Connect learning from the simulation with the real-life scenarios in the organization though a number of debriefing with Liberating Structures.
