Pottery Making

I knew nothing about pottery. This was my 1st class. It was an overview of everything. From centering clay, creating vessels, trimming, dipping to add color. I hope to learn more and take other classes. I wasn't great, but I was glad to have finally experienced ceramics.

It was a fun class, nice group and the teacher was very patient. He didn’t mind showing us several times how to center the clay and how to manipulate with teknique how to make the clay do what we asked. It was challenging but I think we all made some interesting vessels to take home. I will continue to take more classes, I want to get good at it. Great experience.
