Both the Instructor and his Assistant were Excellent! My Guest and I learned a lot. I plan to practice at home. I also plan to schedule other classes soon.

Fun, interesting and delicious. Only thing that could have been better was demonstration area. It would have been good to have it in an area that was more visible to everyone. Otherwise really fun.

This class was awesome! We went as a date night and I would highly recommend. The instructor explained all the steps clearly and made sure everyone was on track. The sushi we made was fresh and came out so good! Would definitely go again.
