Irma StarSpirit Turtle Woman is a Medicine Woman, born in Brooklyn, her father from Yucatan, Mexico & mother from Moca, Puerto Rico, honoring the ways of the curanderas and Maya & Taino medicine elders, she is a shamanic and teacher, a Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Crystal Healer, Toltec Dreamworker/dreamweaver & an Ordained Minister. Her exploration of indigenous medicine and healing has brought her in contact with wisdom keepers and teachers from around the world places like Mexico, Brazil, Ecuador, Peru, Greenland, Ireland and deeper into North American indigenous studies with Dine, Cherokee, Hopi and Lakota Elders.

Irma "StarSpirit Turtle Woman" uses sound healing, crystals, plants and herbs to assist her as she works with the "poderios", the elemental forces in which we need to keep an open channel of communication. Her style is accompanied by prayer work and traditional indigenous ceremonies to heal her community with heart. Irma StarSpirit Turtle Woman currently lives in Queens, NY.
