Nancy Goldner

Nancy Goldner is the author of Balanchine Variations and More Balanchine Variations. She wrote dance criticism for many publications, including The Nation, Christian Science Monitor, Raritan Literary Quarterly and the Philadelphia Inquirer, where she was its full-time dance critic from 1984-94. Under the auspices of the Balanchine Foundation, Ms. Goldner gave talks on Balanchine across the nation, from 1995-2005. She served on the editorial board on the International Encyclopedia of Dance and in 2012 she received the Dance Critics Award from the Dance Critics Association.
