The knife techniques were helpful, and it was great to learn about honing. I also appreciated the insights on non-Western knives. Class size was small, as promised, but there was another class going on concurrently. It was quite noisy.

Very informative. Instructor was great. We also got to eat our meal at the end and they gave us free wine.

Great class! The chef was super knowledgeable and really was able to explain the why and how - and we also got to cut and eat! 5 stars out of 5!

Comfortable, casual atmosphere which made everyone feel relaxed. The hands-on learning was terrific. It was a lovely group of students, too, and fun to share the meal we prepared. Definitely learned a few new tricks!

The class was great! Abigail was a lovely teacher who taught the basics on knife use/selection and we did some great exercises to learn some slicing and dicing basics. It's a great kick off lesson!
