What you'll learn in this pasta making class:

Calling all pasta lovers! Do you know how to make fresh pasta by hand? Join us as we learn all the tips & tricks to turn you into a regular pasta aficionado. We’ll share our super delicious and easy signature Pasta Dough recipe, plus tons of tricks to make all those pasta shapes you love to eat. 

Learn to knead, roll and cut pasta into Fettuccine and fill perfectly delicious Spinach Ricotta and Butternut Squash Raviolis. And no pasta is complete without a trusty homemade tomato sauce. Bring your friends and your favorite wine for an evening of fun-filled pasta! 

BYOB. Our adult classes are designed to work together in teams of 4 to 5 per table to create our culinary masterpiece. If you're coming solo or with a plus one, get ready to meet some great new friends!

Refund Policy
No refunds are available for students cancelling their class, only credit towards another Taste Buds Kitchen class.

We have a firm 72-hour cancellation policy. If you let us know ahead of this window, we’d be happy to move you to another event for a $10 admin fee per registration to ensure that we have enough time to re-fill your seat with another student. While it is not in our nature to say no, we are simply not able to offer credit for last-minute illnesses or scheduling conflicts. You are however, always welcome to send someone in your place (and we hope that you do). Important: Reschedule credits expire 6 months from the original date of purchase. 

On rare occasions we will have to reschedule or cancel an event. In these situations, you will be contacted along with a full refund or store credit.

Please note that the confirmation email students receive from CourseHorse is not the official confirmation email from the school, and that students are not guaranteed to be enrolled into the class they’ve registered until they receive the confirmation email from Taste Buds Kitchen.

Hi there! Sorry, but unfortunately at this time, the school only offers this course on Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays (schedules listed in "Start dates" above). In the meantime, we'd suggest you save this class to your Wishlist so you're emailed as soon as the school adds new dates!

Is this class suitable for vegetarians?

Yes! We made meatless red sauce, spinach raviolis, and butternut raviolis. No meat in any of the recipes. (For vegans, olive oil and butter was used.)

Maybe. Depends on how strict you are. Eggs are used in the pasta recipe. Also dairy products(cheese) are used in the fillings of the ravioli.

We only used vegetarian ingredients, so yes it is suitable for vegetarians. We used cheese, so it would not be ideal for lactose intolerant or vegans.

Great class - informative, supportive, delicious, not terribly challenging but also not a walk in the park. Great energy, clean environment - would recommend for anyone interested in basics pasta making

Class was a lot of fun, and the dishes were great. At times, the instructor rushed through things, and it felt a bit like we were falling behind or scrambling to catch up.
