Flirting With Vegan presents a vegan pasta making class at The Brooklyn Kitchen. Meet new people or make it a cute date night! Learn how to make vegan pasta and enjoy it while sipping on a selection of vegan wines by @HarlemWineGod.
Chef Kimberly Hafner, owner of Burnt Toast Kitchen and former Sous at Dirt Candy, will teach you how to make, roll and stuff vegan ravioli which you will enjoy for dinner with two different sauces. Mozel Watson of Harlem Wine God, who specializes in Black-owned & organic wines, will curate a tasting of vegan wines throughout the evening. You’ll even get to take pasta dough home with you!
