  • A Moroccan Table

t was the first experience for me to join the cooking class in USA and I had a great time, though my English speaking ability is poor. The chef told us the knife skills, about the spices, ingredients and vegetables in details. It was good to know how to use some spices, because there are very different dishes from Japanese. It would have been better If I had been able to see the Moroccan cuisine using tajine pot. The chef is very kind and nice to see the kitchen in the restaurant. I want to try to cook dishes that I learned. Every dishes are good. I came to like Moroccan dishes. Thank you for a wonderful time.
