What you'll learn in this real estate course:

Apply previously acquired real estate financial analysis concepts and skills to the development of multifamily, office and interest-only models using Excel. Topics include best practices, keyboard shortcuts, Boolean Logic, amortization schedules, lease rollover, and income and expense analysis. Students will manipulate a multi-year pro forma with consideration given to the use of leverage and all-cash. Excel functions, tools, and formulas include SUM, IF, PV, FV, RATE, NPER, NPV, IRR, PMT, PPMT, IPMT, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and SUMIF.

Prerequisite: It is expected that students have a basic competence level manipulating Excel.

Refund schedule for Digital and Social Media Marketing Certificate and Human Resource Management:
  • 1 calendar week prior to first meeting: 100% refund

If the intensive has already started, the refund schedule is as follows: 50% refund if the student withdraws before the third scheduled session. No refund thereafter.
