The course is designed to assist working professionals, students and recent graduates with reviewing content in preparation for the FE (old EIT) exam. It is taught by TCNJ Engineering faculty, in person, at the Ewing, NJ campus. Courses are available offering preparation for the FE Civil Engineering, FE Mechanical and FE Other Disciplines exams. It is 10 – 14 meetings depending on track.

Course Teaching Methods
The course is team taught, with a different instructor per meeting time. Some instructors may teach multiple sessions, and some sessions may be taught by multiple instructors.
Instructors vary in their approach. The majority spend time reviewing concepts analogous to an end of course review session on the particular topic of the week, focusing on topics requested by students, followed by problem solving examples. Some instructors incorporate exam taking strategies.
Student Requirements:
The review manual (required class textbook) is used by students as a reference. Students are expected to have taken coursework in each of the topics, as the sessions are intended to review the material.

You should purchase Michael Lindeburg’s review manual for the exam that you plan on taking (Civil Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Other Disciplines test). Available at https://ppi2pass.com/, Amazon, Barnes and Noble etc.
You should also obtain the NCEES FE Reference Handbook.

Refund less 5% cancellation fee if cancellation is made up to 8 business days prior to first day of class.
In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
